What to include

To help us give you a useful reply, it helps to know:

• A bit about your business and what you do
• What you're looking for (new site, redesign, migration from WordPress, ongoing help)
• Your current website URL, if you have one
• Any timeline or budget constraints worth mentioning upfront

Don't stress about having all the details figured out — that's what the conversation is for. Even a "I have a WordPress site and I think I need something better" is a perfectly fine starting point.

What happens next

After you email us, here's how it usually goes:

1. We reply within a business day with questions or feedback
2. We go back and forth over email until we both have a clear picture
3. If it makes sense to work together, we put together a plan and estimate

No pressure at any step. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
