Bay D LLC offers a money back guarantee on project work, subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee applies to work that does not meet the deliverables agreed upon in the project scope.
• The guarantee can only be invoked before the project launches (goes live). Once a site is live, the work is considered delivered.
• Work is signed off on a weekly basis. Weeks that have been reviewed and approved by the client are considered delivered and are not eligible for a refund.
• If a dispute arises during a weekly cycle, only the work from that specific week is eligible for a refund — not previously approved weeks.
• The guarantee does not cover changes in project direction, scope additions, or requests beyond the original agreed-upon deliverables.
