Hosting management
We work with a variety of third-party hosting providers — Digital Ocean, AWS, and others — and set everything up for you. On top of your server costs, we charge a flat monthly fee for hosting management and support:
Basic
$5/mo
Hosting setup, monitoring, and standard support.
Priority
$10/mo
Faster response times and priority support queue.
Premium
$15/mo
Same-day response, proactive monitoring, and included content updates.
Server costs (typically $3–20/mo depending on provider and resources) are billed separately by the hosting provider.

We offer hourly, daily, and weekly rates. Daily and weekly commitments save you 40% vs. hourly — and guarantee dedicated, focused time on your project.

Why the platform upcharge? Platforms like Upwork and PayPal take a cut of every transaction. Rather than absorbing that cost and raising rates for everyone, we keep our direct rates low and pass through the platform fee transparently. You always know exactly what you're paying and why.
What affects the price?
Every project is different. Here's what moves the needle:
- Custom design — All tiers start without custom design. Adding custom branding, layouts, and visual identity increases the scope and cost.
- Dynamic functionality — Static content is straightforward; e-commerce, user accounts, or API integrations take more time.
- Content creation — If we're writing your copy from scratch vs. working with content you provide.
- Migration scope — A small WordPress site is quick; a large site with years of blog posts takes more care.
- Ongoing support — One-time build vs. continued development, updates, and iteration.
- Content and SEO — Blog writing, keyword research, and ongoing SEO optimization are available as add-on services. Contact us for a custom quote.
We'll give you a fixed quote before any work starts. No hourly billing surprises, no scope creep charges. Email us to talk about your project.
